Most installs take under an hour (Standard) to about three hours (Gallery), depending on scope.

Scope & Quote
The full scope of your installation is defined through the Precision Quote Engine. You answer a few questions about your setup, get a tier recommendation, and book your preferred install date. Signing your agreement and paying the deposit at booking locks the date in. By the time we show up, there are no open questions.

Site Preparation
When we arrive, the first step is preparing the space. We confirm the exact placement with you, protect the furniture, and tape an outline of the TV on the wall. You see the final position before we make a single mark.

Structural Execution
We assess the wall for stud location, composition, and load capacity before drilling a single hole. We match the anchoring method to the actual substrate — drywall, brick, stone, tile — because no single approach works on every surface. The mount is secured with load-rated hardware and stress-tested before your TV goes on.

Cable management is built into the process, not added at the end. Everything runs clean, so the room looks finished — not just functional. Your tier determines the standard:

No job is complete until you walk through everything and tell us you are satisfied. That is the only thing that closes a job.
