The Precision Process™
Nothing Left to Chance
Installs fail because details get missed. We built a process that takes the guesswork out and checks it at every step.

Why Most Installs Go Wrong
Most installs fail before the TV goes on the wall.
They fail in the planning, or because there wasn't any. A process exists because you want confidence, not a coin flip. These are the things homeowners tell us went wrong the first time.
The Method
Not a list of steps. A system of checkpoints.
The Precision Process isn't just the order we work in. It's a set of checkpoints that holds every install to the same standard. The same way in every home.
Most installs take under an hour for the base install to about three hours for a Frame & Flush installation, depending on scope.

Step 01 · Reading the Wall
Evaluation
Before anything goes on the wall, we read the wall itself: the framing, the substrate, and where the cables will run. The plan is set before the first hole is drilled.
Why it matters Good planning prevents bad placement and holes you didn't need. We're checkingWall type Stud locations Substrate Cable path Mount fit Clearances -
Step 02 · Planning Placement
Placement Planning
We don't just center the TV. We set height, sightlines, and position around the room, the furniture, and how you actually watch. Then we tape an outline on the wall so you see it before we mark anything.
Why it matters Centered isn't always correct. We're checkingViewing height Seating sightlines Glare Furniture Final position -
Step 03 · Mounting and Leveling
Secure Installation
The mount goes up. We match the anchoring to the wall and torque the hardware to spec, into stud, masonry, or steel-stud framing. Every mount is load-rated and stress-tested before your TV goes on.
Why it matters This is where most installers begin. For us, it's the middle. We're checkingAnchor match Torque spec Load rating Stress test Level -
Step 04 · Cables Managed, Room Clean
Wire Management
Cable management is built into the process, not added at the end. Everything runs clean, so the room looks finished, not just functional. Here's what's available:

Step 05 · Final Walkthrough, Together
The Approval Standard
No job is done until you walk through everything and tell us it's right. That's the only thing that closes a job.
Why it matters Quality is confirmed, not assumed.Together we checkTV level (laser) Position Stability Function Cable finish Your sign-offYou approve, or we're not done.
The workspace is restored to the same standard as the install itself. We don't leave until the room is cleaner than when we arrived.
- We haul out every piece of debris, every install.
- For cable concealment and Frame & Flush installs, we set up your TV inputs before we leave.
- We follow up after the job to make sure everything is still right.
Lifetime No-Fall Guarantee: if anything we installed ever needs fixing, for as long as the TV and mount stay in place, we come back and fix it. No charge.
