Terms of Service
Effective: [LAUNCH DATE]
Terms of service body
These terms govern your use of the TrueLVL website (truelvl.com), the communications you receive when you contact us through it, and the install service itself. You accept these terms when you book your install, and by using the site you agree to them. If you have a question about anything below, email [email protected].
Who we are and what we do
TrueLVL is a custom TV mounting and audio/visual installation business serving the DFW Metroplex. We provide the install service described in our website's pricing and service pages.
Who can use the service
You can use the TrueLVL website if you are at least eighteen years old. You can book a TrueLVL install if you are at least eighteen years old, you own the property where the install will happen or have the property owner's permission, and you live within our service area. Service area is confirmed during our scope call.
The quote, the scope call, and your agreement
At /quote you choose your service and any add-ons and see your flat-rate price before you commit.
To book, you choose an install date, agree to these terms, and pay a $50 deposit. Agreeing to these terms and paying the deposit happen together, in one step, when you book. The deposit reserves your date and credits toward your final balance.
The scope call happens after you book and before your install. We confirm the details of your install (your address, where the TV goes, the brand and model, mount specifics, your existing wiring, or anything not captured at booking). If the scope or price changes at the scope call, we send you a Confirmed Scope Summary by text and email. These terms set how that revision is handled. If we determine at the scope call that we cannot complete your install (out of service area, scope not workable), we refund your deposit in full.
The full terms of the work are set out in these Terms of Service, which you accept when you book. That includes payment, cancellation, warranty, materials, and your install-day responsibilities. See "Your service agreement" below.
Your service agreement
When you book, you accept these Terms of Service, and they set the terms of the work itself. You accept them by checking the agreement box and paying your deposit at booking.
These terms govern the install. They cover what we do, what you pay and when, cancellation and reschedule rules, the materials we source, your install-day responsibilities, and our workmanship warranty.
Communication and consent
When you submit your information through our booking form, you agree to receive calls, texts, and emails from us about your install request. Right after you submit, we send an automated text confirming we received your request. If you call us, our AI receptionist may answer when our owner is not available. If you reply to a text, our SMS AI may respond. These messages are part of handling the request you sent us.
Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of further texts at any time. Email opt-out is at the bottom of every email.
Once you book, the communications tied to your install (scheduling, scope-call coordination, install reminders, day-of updates, and payment receipts) are governed by these Terms of Service, which you accept at booking.
We do not send unrelated marketing messages, and we do not share your phone number or email with anyone outside the tools listed in our Privacy Policy.
Our website
The TrueLVL website is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate but we do not guarantee it is free of errors. If you see something that looks wrong, tell us.
The website's content (copy, design, photographs, logos) is owned by TrueLVL. You can use the site for its intended purpose (getting a quote, booking an install, learning about us). You cannot copy our content for use in another business.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute related to your use of the TrueLVL website or your install will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will post the updated version here and update the effective date at the top. We will let you know if a change materially affects an active booking.
