No. The price we quote is the price you pay. If your install needs an add-on, like mounting above a fireplace, on a hard surface (like stone or tile), or you've got an oversized TV, we'll identify it during your scope call using your photos. You'll approve everything before install day, so nothing is added without your approval.

No, our services do not include the mount itself. Bring your own mount if you already have one, or we'll source the right one for you. We'll go over everything during your quick install call to make sure your TV has the right mount before installation day.

Yes. Hiding the wires in the wall is a published add-on: your HDMI and signal wires run inside the wall, done to code. For power, the power outlet relocation add-on puts a receptacle behind the TV for a completely clean, code-compliant finish with no visible wires.

Yes, we can sometimes accommodate same-day installs when our schedule allows, but next-day appointments are much more common. Send us a few photos of what you have set up and some basic details, and we'll let you know the earliest available time, often as soon as tomorrow.

Every install is backed by our Lifetime No-Fall Guarantee. If your TV shifts, loosens, or goes out of level because of our work, we'll come back and make it right at no cost. It covers our installation and workmanship, but not customer-supplied parts, manufacturer defects, or changes made after we leave.
